What is in each package.
Core includes Free. AI is an add-on that requires Core. Complete includes Core and AI; paid once, it is Core and the first year of AI: £429 founder, then £649 for new purchases, and AI renews separately. Founder describes the offer, rather than a different feature package.

Can I use it without AI?
Yes. Free provides the basic LMS. Core adds workbooks, study tools, forums, interactive teaching, the store and design tools without needing AI. AI feedback and the course tutor need the AI add-on and your own provider key.
Does the AI add-on include Core?
No. The AI add-on requires Core. Core adds the shop, design, interactive tools and import functionality. AI adds model-powered features. Complete combines Core and the first year of AI.
Does BYOK mean AI is free?
No. You control the provider account and pay that provider for usage. LMS Blueprint’s AI subscription and provider usage are separate costs.
What happens if my software licence lapses?
The installed site keeps running. When a plan ends, new features, the monthly AI Recipe, online helper answers and support stop. After the first year, you keep compatibility fixes for WordPress and PHP changes, and security fixes, for as long as you have the platform. Your courses, students’ work and shop stay where they are. Your provider and connected services have separate billing.
What is the refund window?
The refund window is 30 days. A refunded licence key is voided. Review the store’s terms before buying.
