This page summarises the current LMS Blueprint purchase information for people considering Free, Core, AI or Complete. - Software and usage
- Core is a one-off purchase; AI requires Core and is available monthly or yearly, with separate provider usage. See pricing for the current founder offer.
- Support
- Core and Complete paid once include a year of updates and a year of support. After the first year, you keep compatibility fixes for WordPress and PHP changes, and security fixes, for as long as you have the platform. New features after the first year come with the Support plan at £7 a month.
- Licence
- The existing rule is one key per site and continued operation of the installed software after a licence lapse.
- Refunds
- The refund window is 30 days. A refunded key is voided. The store’s terms govern the purchase.
The final terms of sale and service policies remain subject to the appropriate review before public launch. No invented governing law, guarantees or service-level commitments have been added.
